In 2016, Bluemoon had about 60 employees and sales volume over 0.1 billion. Main business area was real estate design, with specialty of cultured resort design. Then, 14 years after it’s founded, DDBranding came in as a consultant and service provider, to build its brand strength starting from the basis.

 

Strategy:
Starting with brand strategy, fully analyze business and organizational status at the time, emphasizing advantage in soft decoration.
Based on company leader’s request, weaken individual founder IP image, build its brand IP and brand philosophy with the idea of “Cultural renaissance”, to boost business extension and promote multi- industrial cooperation.
Establish, fully represent and manage media relationships, build positive brand image and brand influence.

Bluemoon’s brand reputation has been greatly enhanced over the past 6 years, and it has become one of the leading interior design companies in China.
With unique brand positioning, Bluemoon has well maintained a balance in business scope and brand premium, long keeping high brand premium with sales increasing by 300%.
Ranked 9th in interior design firms in the TOP 500 Suppliers and Service Providers in Real Estate issued by China Real Estate Association, 2020.
Took part in and witnessed the fast development, provided services to its sister brand---Guili Design, boosted the successful brand press release for part of brands of its sub-brand, Wanbin Space.
