Meanwhile, grand tech park is the starting zone of overseas Chinese brand (Guangzhou Institutes Of Biomedicine). with consideration of national needs, local expectation and overseas returnees, the park provides broad platform for talents to give full play to their talent and value. Catering to global tastes, grand tech park invited Gensler, the top in architecture design fields, to take the design of this project. Introducing operation notion of intelligent park to the park, Gensler combine ecological office with technological life, demonstrating Silicon Valley-Style atmosphere and working procedures, providing an international community for enterprises and talents.
