2020 Shenzhen Turnkey Home
Shenzhen Turnkey Home was founded by Shenzhen Furniture Association (SZFA). since 2016, SZFA has cooperated with global top-tired design powers and core technology research and development institution. Exploring residence, architecture, space, environment and post industrial chain, SZFA holds grand events of residence and technology innovation once a year, making itself the indicator of the development of China’s residence industry.
Projects & Objectives:
Tailored branding services for the 2020 Shenzhen Turnkey Home
Participate in pre-planning, content planning and communication execution
Make it an excellent and influential exhibition of promotional stunt
Strategy：
Take over the sections of [Future Community] and [Challenge Impossibilities]; Invite 11 Chinese renowned
firms in architecture and interior designs( mainly in real estate); responsible for relevant preparation,
copywriting and promotion for the 11 firms during the full year, ensuring the firms each with 5 relevant
exhibition sectors
Results：
*Impactfully activated each company’s vertical private traffic flow (for 11 outstanding real estate design companies, each with 200 to 4000 designers, connecting real estate design’s different chains of resources).
*Each content achieved exposure and publication from 25-30 related media outlets simultaneously, totalling 1375 publications (11x5x25).
*Eventually totalling over 100k audience flow over the 3-day expo, with over 6500 real estate industry audience, achieving well-spread recognition in professional fields for Turnkey Home.
