Projects & Objectives:
In 2015, Listed company DYRS acquired 60% share of G-ART with a 0.4 billion estimated value, and according to the VAM G-ART needed to make a 0.12 billion profit in 2016 and 2017 respectively. At the time G-ART had a 10-year development with over 80 employees, with the main field of real estate design and main client Greenland Group. In order to achieve the VAM goal, G-ART needed to combine multiple operational methods, branding was one of them.

 

Strategy:
Starting with brand strategy, to fully analyze G-ART’s business and organizational status at the time.
To Construct new brand notion, to achieve brand IP, expand business areas and professional fields.
Full content copywrite and branding publication, to achieve output of core notion and advantages.
Full refinement of brand recognition and reputation, establish media PR.

 

Results:
With 4 previous publications of the Greenland Hongqiao World Centre project, our re-copywrited content “ Office of Ode To Joy’s Andy”(revolving the phenomenal Chinese TV show) attracted followup of over 60 media, achieving trans-disciplinary fame for G-ART.
Took part in and witnessed the fast development, going from 80 to 400 employees.
G-ART’s “Shanghai-Style Orient” notion was well-published and recognized, a unique presence in Chinese design.
G-ART fulfilled the VAM ahead of schedule and over the quota.
G-ART selected in the 2019 <Interior Design> Global Top 100 Giants: ranked 1st in Asia-Pacific firms, and 17th globally. General Manager at the time, Mr. Huang Quan, became a star in Chinese design.
